What good are Artifacts and PDA for?

Sell PDAs. Equip artifacts.

Sell artifacts when you get better ones. Read what they do - most will give you radiation poisoning when wearing if you don't take some kind of corrective action.

It gives your suit an extra bit of "flair" that you can use to customize your own favorite bunch of artifacts

I forget the keybind to show them but, if you hover over the artifacts it should give you a tooltip of what the artifacts do, I.e weight weak(green) + radiation weak(red). green = beneficial, red = drawback
