Kadaver mutant not in the game?

So, the "new" Kadaver mutant isnt in the game, its in the artbook, even says stalkers in the zone have campfire stories about it and so on, however as most of us know it doesnt exist.

What happened to it? Its not featured as a concept, it very much tells the story that its suppost to be in the game already. Theres other concepts and such in the book, but Kadaver isnt shown to be a concept.

Im really curious, did they cut if from the game? Perhaps its going to be in the DLCs?

If its in the DLCs i think its going to be tied to the Limansk area, i think a good hint to this is the radio with creepy sounds :0
