Radios

I am constantly coming across those HAM radios with the option to change the frequency or turn it off. 99% of the time they do nothing when I change the frequency. What am I missing?

I managed to get 1 of them to work outside a factory where two bandits were hiding listening to the Army talk about another bandit they had an APB on. Im assuming there is some part of the mission/ event I missed somehow that are preventing these radio frequencies from playing their message?

I hope in the future there is a comprehensive guide on how to activate all of these dialogues. (as well as random encounters and miscellaneous/alternate events)

just smash the button and don't ask things. You can spin change frequency and he spins this thing, very immersive

yeah its weird the only one working or doing anything is that one and i got a bit excited at first but then where th ♥♥♥♥♥ is that? where is this construction place? is there anything there or just some background stuff?

Yeah I was wondering myself the same thing, what are those radios for?

Maybe a hint for a new DLC that will trigger a serie of side quests if those radios are found and interacted with? Maybe we can listen to secret conversations from it and intercept loot? Courriers? Idk, but I think those radios serve no purpouse other than that first one you said you interacted wity, because it was the only one working for me too.
