How to fix the crash?

If not below minimum spec most people could repair their local problem like this:

• verify game files
  
• remove any and all mods
  
• don't run as administrator
  
• clear the shader cache (location depending on GPU vendor)
  
• let the game compile shader cache (don't deactivate the check)
  
• let the game check shader cache on each start (don't deactivate the check)

I also tried removing all mods but that didn't change anything. I don't understand this "disaster". An extremely resource-intensive game like Forza Horizon 5 runs like a Swiss clock but not here.

Try launching your game via the Stalker-Win64-Shipping.exe located in
\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Binaries\Win64\Stalker2-Win64-Shipping.exe
I was having this problem where my game was crashing every time I tried to load a save with or without mods, but when I launched the game with this executable instead it started working and even with mods it works for me so maybe this will fix your problem.
I should also mention that I did most of the fixes mentioned in that video you showed as well including removing that amd fidelity file, updating graphics drivers, and updating windows so I would say make sure to do all those things and then try to launch with this launcher
