How do I upgrade armor ?
I have made good progress in the game. Good gear, good weapons, some maximized in upgrade.
But how do I UPGRADE my armor ?
Is it a bug in the menu ? Everything is locked behind "the craftsman cannot perform this upgrade"
Why ? I tried seeing craftsman from the correct group: ex Stalker armor for Stalker guy, bandit armor for bandit guy...
Nothing ! Is it just bugged ?

Its not bugged.... some factions do have specific armor which can only be upgraded by some technican.

In Example the Technican in the lesser zone can only do simple stuff because he only needs to do so. so he wont be able to upgrade highend suits or exoskeletons.
