Dead Frequency

I ended up siding with the Star faction or Scar earlier and during this mission I have the option to eliminate ward alpha and bravo team. Is there some consequences if I follow through the side mission (kill them) or just extra coupons?
I still feel myself neutral at this point of the story. I prefer leaving them alive, at least team bravo since they are still in their mind, so to speak
