Majority of the mods are putting a single file in a new folder name "~Mods" in a certain folder and it fixes issues right away.
This is why the game has a high score because people use mods to fix issues. It is a blast using mods.
During this time you can wait for the developers to release fixes and what not which they have been doing.
Jester farmer-level of baiting with this thread.
Edit: They may not be the solution, but rather a solution until much later patching.
Edit edit:
Indeed, the OP should. It might improve their mood and not try to find entertainment outside of the game.
It's rare for mods to actually brick your save file.
Most mods people put in are just quality of life that changes some numbers around which will have no impact on stability at all.
For instance, being able to carry more, sell things for a higher price, bigger discount for repairs and so on.
All of those will not brick your save in any way.
Modders will save this game
Did you play the original games?
That explains it then...
Stop acting like telling people not to use mods is helpful. Its not.
