In the "dead frequency" mission after I killed Lt. Shterev under the influence of "psy" I recovered data on a PC from paper documents called "psy radiation monitoring report" and in the document says "to be evaluated by doctor kryvenko" So I have completed this main mission but I would like to know if we can still give this document to the doctor? Because I can no longer find a doctor in his usual place at the ICARE base.
