Happiness is for everyone Main Mission One shot killed by snipers

Warning: Spoilers,... So I am trying to figure out if this is a bug or what. During the Mission Happiness is for everyonein Duga, the second I step foot inside the compound, I am getting one shot killed by a sniper. I can't see him., I have killed all the snipers I can see. I am not even being detected by any monolith enemy. But I get killed, every time, by a sniper. Even when I rush behind cover or into buildings, I am still getting one shot killed by an omnipotent sniper with a bullet than can penetrate any known object on the face of the earth. I can't progress in the story any more because of this. Anyone else experience this?

I figured it out. I had to do the same thing. Had to go way around the side and come up from the back. Now I am just getting mauled by Monolith with laser accuracy from 300+M using full auto. They really need to adjust the weapon spread and detection range on enemies.

I am doing this mission right now and i continously take health damage. Slow while in the sewers getting extreme exiting the sewers. I also have a fisheye look on my screen. Is this normal or a bug? No it's not radiation damage

For those who doesn't know, you just gotta shoot two white light lanterns located left and right side of the location where you die when you enter. Just get back a little bit and check left and right you'll see 2 white lights just destroy them and you'll be fine.

You have to go to very specific points in the duga missions in order to do the scripted missions within before the area opens up to general exploration. It's totally gated by insta kill via sniper if you set foot inside the perimeter early. Just go straight at the quest marker on part 1, and on part 2 go way way south to the town below to approach the quest marker.
