For those on a ps4/5 controller and is still experiencing jankyness w general aiming

I'm on a ps5 controller with 0 stick drift using the program DSX. Unfortunately it's $8 but it's made my experience making small, quick adjustments while aiming, and just looking around super smooth and feels normal like I'm playing cod.

But to those who have DSX, you must go to your controller settings page with the different profiles and you can choose different deadzone profiles for your sticks. After trying all of them and messing with the curve adjustments, "quick" with a curve adjustment of -3 feels the best for me. Also do not have any equalized aim sensitivity mods enabled.
