After the beginning the cutscenes are quite minimal. I too hate cutscenes.

You can skip them after you've played them the first time. SO if you have to reload a save you don't have to listen to the whole thing again.

They don't want you to skip them cause some of them are critical to player choice decisions, thats why they patched it out on the first time watch
