Does anyone know if I can get a refund despite having bought this more than 6 months ago?

Title, I'm kinda getting tired of delays and at this point I feel like playing it safe and getting a refund, but I'm not sure if I'll get it.

I'm going to try either way but I wanted to check if anyone had already done this.
