Что значит вернуть? Ее и не существовало.
Можешь заняться организацией озвучки, найди финансы, найди актеров с условного Казахстана, попробуй договориться с GSC, мож дадут материалы и займешься озвучкой. Так и добавят ее в игру

The Devs stated that all the previously recorded russian voice acting has been deleted.

as the Russian government uses the Russian language as a geopolitical tool, "non-Russians" have to make a choice: nurture their own national languages to counter Russian influence, or remain subordinated in Russia's info-cultural space.

I can't tell if this is a troll post or not. Some Russian person who migrated to a different country but speaks Russian (their native language) is a Russian tool because they don't nurture their own language? Can you say the same thing about everyone speaking Spanish in the US? They're tools of central and south america? Do Africans who speak their language in the US harbor genocidal tendencies of countries they might escape from? Do Rwandan people in the US who escaped a genocide need to leave their language behind?

Sometimes I swear this place is overrun with bots who's sole purpose is to say the dumbest ♥♥♥♥ possible in order to divide gamers.

Some points I'd like to say or remind :
- It's up to GSC as a company and more generally Ukrainians to decide what's best for this choice.
- Voice actor Oleksiy Khilskyi has been killed (cf. Wargame).
- The war is still going on, and threatens to worsen.
- Stalker 2 is meant to include Ukrainian as the only canonical language of the game, besides English for international audience. It doesn't mean other dubs can never happen, but Russian won't get that primary place. It's an Ukrainian game.

I don't blame the OP for posting that thread. It's an interesting question that I'm sure he is not the only one to wonder, because it's a subtle stance, but with more context it gets clear imo that it's clearly not the time to consider that at all.

All three original STALKER games were also Ukrainian games, yet their primary language was Russian every single time, down to the design documents.

Yes, it happened this way, though it was in a time when Russia wasn't massively killing Ukrainians, and the language was not even a problem for ukrainian-speaking and russian-speaking Ukrainians.

Language is never a problem, it's a communication tool.
Tying politics to it is ridiculous.

Well, for starters, it's their game. They can do whatever they want. I don't necessarily support the decision, but they made it regardless, and I can completely understand their motives.
However:
I remember vividly that the first three games had Russian as their primary language, and it it's indeed strange how nobody from GSC has adressed this in their current rush to "Ukrainize" their game and everything relating to it.

Indeed, it seems like they're trying to make everyone forget the exposed role the Russian language must have played in Ukraine before the 2014 conflict. I am not Ukrainian, neither Russian, so I don't rightly know exactly what role it DID actually play. But I can surmise it:
For these games - the masterwork of Ukrainian game development at the time, and possibly even now - to have been predominantly voiced in Russian, I presume this language must have been very common to the point of being dominant. Trying to make everyone forget that - a scummy move, but very understandable given the events unfolding since 2014.
Considering this wave of neo-patriotism currently washing over Ukraine, it's quite understandable that they want to make STALKER look like THE pre-eminent Ukrainian video game. I just think it's a bit sad they had to sacrifice the entire Russian-speaking playerbase on the altar of this patriotic zeal.

But what can you do, when a large percentage of this playerbase wishes to do nothing more but shoot rockets at your house, steal your toilet and rip the copper wire out of your walls? And probably already has?

GSC is a Czech company. The game is being made in Prague. Where is the Czech dubbing? This is unacceptable!
