Obvisously you should have better performance than your old gpu.
Going to work on the mod reinstall and ill type out the graphics settings here in a minute. I use the built in nvidia app monitor that shows the FPS/GPU %/CPU % and Latency. I notice GPU is always at 99% and CPU usually hovers around 40-50%.
With my system, I had no FPS drops in 70 hours of gameplay, and I played on Epic and 4k. At native 4k resolution and FSR3, I consistently get 80-105 fps. At 66% (quality and not native resolution), even 120-150 fps, but of course, I also have hard drives that can read and write up to 12 gigabytes (not bits) per second.

For the FPS display, I use MSI Afterburner.
Best regards
Ps.: So use FSR3, or something similar from Nvidia!
