What graphics settings should I use with a GeForce RTX 3060?

I'm currently running on Medium settings, and while I don't get the best frame rate, I've only noticed major lag on a few occasions. I'm debating changing the settings to Low to improve my frame rate.

Doesn't really matter, there is some kind of memory leak, garbage disposal bug in the engine making the framerates iffy. It runs smooth as silk on mine until I get within proximity of a NPC. Then it randomly drops from 60 to 7fps. Go to menus look around a bit, eventually after 20 seconds or so, the menus and mouse lag disappears telling you the engine did a fresh memory cleanup and everything runs smooth again for a short time. Rinse and repeat till you get bored and log off till next time.

Hopefully it will get fixed soon. So long as there is no one close to you, everything runs really well mostly medium or high settings. Changing everything to low doesn't make much difference. Some of the more basic graphics settings even run in Epic.

Still some fundamental problems with the optimization of the game at the moment.
