It has nothing to do with the driver. When you uninstalled previous driver, you cleared old shaders for stalker 2. With new driver you forced the game to remake its shaders, thats why it works smoother.
P.s. deleting Direct X shader cache is not the what games compiler does. Games shader folder is hidden somewhere.

are you really going to go down this path? drivers dont make games run better? i.e dont contain optimisations
playing on gamepass are we?
the new driver made a massive difference with ~10 fps. that is a HUGE difference. not to mention, yeah, the driver makes a difference itself. anyone saying the contrary has NO CLUE what they're talking about. as is the usual on the internet nowadays.
Still need to play for longer to be certain.
