Where did you find this info? Cant find it anywhere
All the weird artifacts have come up in discussions for the last couple of weeks and everyone's worked together to figure out the details with testing and videos. Google is also helpful.
When i said cant find it anywhere one should assume i did indeed try googling.
Weird, sorry to hear that. Are you googling in a school that's blocking certain websites?
I'm more annoying by the color pallet change when using Weird Water than the swaying. Everything looks so orange with a redish heu on everything. This will be one of my first mods to install on 2nd playthrough. Weird Water is just way too good not to have and geting rid of those drunk and visual effects would be a great boon.
I think it's too strong if you just mod away the drunkenness, I think the best way to use it is just to only equip it when you're about to run a bunch of loot back and unequip it the rest of the time.
Issue with Weird Water is that it is almost mandatory to use for its weight limit increase and a lot of radiation resistance. You simply must run it if you try to loot stuff and sell it for some coupons. I have a "travel to" artifacts setup that I use when I'm empty--using 2 Thunderberies for stamina regeneration--and "travel back" setup that includes Weird Bottle, 1 Thunderbery and Spring.
