Real problem with Stalker is

It’s a sausage fest, just 2-3 women for the whole open world game, and they just sell stuff and sitting behind a locked area. not a single bandit woman, or hot chicks in bars, no women in SIRCAA aside from one weird chick in questline. Where are woman scientists, mercs, just random wandering NPCs?! It’s 2024 now, women must be at least 50% of population, instead we see like 0.0001%. We have even several BLACK stalkers, but no women?? WTF?

I want to see hot asses in the scope of my rifle!

I think of it this way: women on ships were considered bad luck because ships were seen as female, and it was believed they would become "jealous" of women on board. I apply the same idea to the Zone in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game world. The Zone is like a living ecosystem, almost like a sentient organism. In Slavic languages, the Zone is also referred to in the feminine form, so it could "resent" stalkers bringing other women into it and might not treat them as kindly. Bro you are overthinking it WAYYYY too much. There aren't really any females because of the depravity they would be subjected to. Even the fact that there are 2-3 women in the zone now is so unrealistic. So much messed up stuff would happen to them.

lore was set in previous game AFAIK that women were more susceptible to radiation effects on the body so I guess that's why we see less women in STALKER games.

this zone attracts drifters which is more likely to be single men. You can get some masculine women such as the types on the series yellowstone but it's not the place for a traditional feminine woman like the Monica character.
