Report a translation problem
There's always a reason, and the reason is that you used a mod that is now outdated and by removing that mod you corrupted your save file. That's why you have no issues on a new game.
Go back to the mod page of that mod (most likely a carryweight mod?) and look at the (un)install instructions, or reinstall that mod (if updated) to save your savefile.
Open console with F10
copy paste commands... like «UETools_Help»
with and without >>
And NOTHING happens...
It's the removed mod that messed up your savegame, you can still try to fix your save like I mentioned in my post but if you don't want to put any effort into that, just start a new game. It won't happen for ''no reason'' if you don't just uninstall mods without reading the proper way to remove the mods.
