Movementspeed bug reason - solution?

My movement speed is still like 30% and no running animation.
With mods/ without mods.
No exoskeleton!!!
Even naked with zero weight.
!!!No leaning helps!!!!!!
No reinstall helps no repair helps.
Neither keyboard nor gamepad...allways.

Walking on X is like sneaking like a sloth.
Walking W is like sneaking.
Running Shift L is like walking. (no running animation)

Only an new game is normal. (but if it happens again for NO reason???)

It really sucks after so many hours.
In early days "you" could find some config.exe ore something wit an editor to fix this...but I dont find something.

There's always a reason, and the reason is that you used a mod that is now outdated and by removing that mod you corrupted your save file. That's why you have no issues on a new game.

Go back to the mod page of that mod (most likely a carryweight mod?) and look at the (un)install instructions, or reinstall that mod (if updated) to save your savefile.

Idk why it happened to you but if you install the UETools for Stalker 2 mod, you can explicitly set the movement speed of your character. Idk what the default value is but with some trial and error, you should be able to find a value that feels comfortable.

Open console with F10
copy paste commands... like «UETools_Help»
with and without >>

It's the removed mod that messed up your savegame, you can still try to fix your save like I mentioned in my post but if you don't want to put any effort into that, just start a new game. It won't happen for ''no reason'' if you don't just uninstall mods without reading the proper way to remove the mods.

Were you in the expanded view? Like where the black box takes up 75% of your screen, it gets printed in that black command line area. I don't think it will work with the carrots, so just type UETools_Help. But it should show up in the black command line area. LMK if it still doesn't.
