Serious question - why should Windows 11 have no DX12?

Playing on Windows 10 without problems btw - and without any command line arguments on the executable.

i have had no issues till this patch . im Fully upto date , windows , Graphics , Dx drivers everything

No changes related to OS requirements and the like in this patch - remove your mods if you have any, rebuild your shader cache (should be done automaticly if you haven't altered that behaviour / deactivated how some "guides" advice yo to do it by messing around with ini files) and as you are using Steam: verify your files. Steam just loves to bork the update process (this has nothing to with the game - this happens to Steam users across all games).

Delete the direct x shader cache? Press windows key and type disk and click on disk clean up. Select c and click ok. Check mark only direct x shader cache and click ok at bottom. Deleting temp files sometimes messes up windows which is why I suggested only direct x shader cache vs the default delete settings.

Using any steam command lines to launch the game?

така сама хєромантія на віндовс 10, у мене значить таки стоїть 12 дірект, а мене не пускає бо грі потрібен 12 дірект, що за мазарзм?
