Black Screen after patch (solved)
I've already delete mods and checking files integrity. Still got black sreen on startup.

GeForce gtx 1080
Intel i7 9700k
80 to 100 fps with previous patch, everything on High and some tweaks, Framegen with zero delay thanks to the tweaks and rivatuner (I'm not joking!)

1080 with 80-100 FPS, wtf... there is no possible way.

Also getting a black screen on start

As others have said, calling BS on your specs and reported performance.

Regardless, let it run for a bit and see if that changes things.

If you have any mods installed then remove them, the mutant loot mod was causing issues with today's patch for me.

I'm not joking. EVGA gtx 1080 ftw2. 80 to 100 fps. around 70 somtimes. 40 to 50 without framegen

also getting this i have 4080 and i9 13900 so dont think its performance. I had mods and tried removing them. They were: 50% ammo weight & mutant drops. incase other ppl had same mods. Im still getting the black screen

Ok, it works now. I deleted some pak files into Stalker2\Content\Paks folder and check the integrity

A 1080 on high? I don’t believe you

Here's the proof:

Oh you’re using a performance mod?
I wasn’t getting that good a performance on my 3070ti on high, had to lower to medium.
Pierpalle_Scroti Dec 3, 2024 @ 7:53pm
It's the "base" version. No graphics change, just optimization.
But the trick is the Frame Gen with the input lag tweaks. Try it

Hmm I always get stuttering when there’s a big group of enemies in combat even with frame gen.

Try to decrease "hair" in graphics options.
