This Game needs more Representation!

Im sick and tired of modern games not having enough representation.

you'd think that in a setting like stalker, a zone where various people from all over the world with different background, different ethnicities and culture come togheter, you would see a SINGLE COLT PYTHON REVOLVER?!

revolvers would make sooo much more sense since they arent prone to jamming or any of the modern issues with guns. sure the reloading sucks, but that thing could shoot trough 2 pseudogiants in pripyat and still hit sidirovich's 3rd chin in rookie village

I'm more annoyed they apparently removed all 9x19 pistol options except for a single name variant that from the sound of things, might be an ending sequence gun anyways?

(NV replays alone, let along shopping catalog mods, have made me perfectly fine with a limited ammo pool as long as the guns that use them are good from far too many "A bunch of trash you use for five minutes then never again is not variety" experiences)

Yes the weapon selection is a bit on the sparse site. However, you wont see that many American weapons anyways, its Europa afterall, crapton of Russian/East Block Weapons, and alot of western European Weapons, and a few US ones.

The IPSF is an international force so they should have more NATO weapons.

Ah, the comedian!

Seriously tho, I think it has a good balance of guns although I agree it needs more revolvers. I am more concerned with serious lack of scope variety (I know you can hotswap attachments now but variable zoom makes more sense than having 3 scopes in your inventory) and the fact that it has no night vision goggles even though stalkers in Jupiter are mogging me with their NV goggles.

Are those weapons quite old since the game is set in 2020+

Good point. I would also like to see more pistols in general. The previous trilogy had quite a lot. At least a striker fired one would be nice.
