Liked this video of an NPC duck and diving as he closes on a player. Whatever your thoughts are on the wider game, and OK, the player here has pretty poor aim and is unlucky with a jam then an empty clip, but this looks cool I think:

I've seen some NPCs do this at long range.
Looks cool but as a mechanic in a game with sleep deprivation and hunger its BS that AI can dodge bullets.
Can be frustrating on veteran.
