"Transformer of the island". Potential Morse code riddle or easter egg?

OK, so there is a point of interest in Rostok area, called "Transformer on the island".

Minor SPOILER alert: it's nothing crucial, but if you want to explore by yourself, please be warned

During the day it's just an empty location with some dead stalkers and minor loot. There is a scanner on the roof, but it's turned off.
During the night there's something else... First, you can interact with a scanner (see yourself what will happen). But that's not the most mysterious. There is a lamp right above one of the corpses, and it's blinking. Haven't seen such blinking lamps anywhere else in the game. And it's definitely looks like a Morse code to me. But I don't know how to solve it, and I assume it's on Ukrainian, which I don't know.

Has anyone figured out the message? Won't expect any crucial, but maybe some kind of Easter egg, or part of the lore...

i just found this location too today.
i recorded a minute of it (flashinglight), its uploading to youtube ill post when its ready. it does look intentional / not random but who knows hopefully someone else can solve this puzzle

It appears to be flashing "Long short long" and "Long short short long". This translates to К (Ka) and Ж (Zhe). К is the 12th letter of the Ukrainian alphabet, while Ж is the the 6th letter of the Ukrainian alphabet.

In 12hr time, the scanner activates at 12, and deactivates at 6.

The flashing light is telling you, in morse code, what time the scanner activates and deactivates.
