AMD Graphics driver
Does anybody have information on a new driver? Games out for almost 2 weeks and still not a single tone or update from AMD. Thats so disappointing

Latest seems to be 24.10.1?

The AMD Radeon driver team is hibernating. The latest stable Adrenalin driver is still 24.10.1, and their latest beta driver is 24.20.19.05 (which added specific support for DA: The Veilguard and Slitterhead games and a few driver bug fixes). I'm using the 24.20.19.05 beta version without issues, but I hope they bring an update, releasing a new stable driver version soon.

Why need an Update? Works realy fine on 4k with 7900xtx on 24.10.1. In lots of hours one Crash... Better than the other Games this Year... No lags, no crashes, no Bottelneck with smalest CPU ever...

PC: AMD 8400F (First 7800x3d), 32GB Ram 6800, Gen5 SSD and AMD Radeon 7900xtx..

Even if their latest drivers work well with this game or any other, there is always room for improvement. This includes specific optimizations and performance enhancements for certain games, as well as the addition of new features. Also, there are still known bugs and unresolved driver issues, even if they don't affect my experience. The gaming industry, both software and hardware, is always evolving. No news or updates aren't good news, perhaps they are not bad for you, but surely not good in general and broad terms for the gaming industry.

i hope you know that both nvidia and amd will no longer offer high-end consumer gpu's in the future. They will only offer mid end at best. Sooner or later, the whole thing will be designed for streaming anyway. Well, Nvidia and AMD are now devoting themselves to their more profitable areas. Why produce GPUs that sell slowly for 2000 euros when you can instead produce GPUs for tens of thousands of euros that don't cause these costs in storage space because they are ripped out of their hands.
Both companies have stated this themselves for some time now and so far there is no reason not to.

Your understanding seems a bit off, IMO. They mentioned "for now" for their upcoming GPU series, although they also indicated plans for the enthusiast segment through scalable chiplet technology. This high-end "suspended" approach was previously employed during the RX 480, RX 590, and RX 5700XT eras. The near future doesn't represent the entirety of what's to come. Moreover, tech evolution isn't necessarily and always linear or incremental. Ultimately, driver updates, optimizations, enhancements, security fixes, and new technologies are sure to come.

I guess they are taking more time for their big driver release of the year.
I believe that happens every year? The last driver of the year being the biggest one with the most improvements / functionality / bugfixes ?

If so, the time without news and updates will probably have been worth it. We'll see what happens, for now, the latest Adrenalin drivers (stable and beta) work and perform quite well for me.

I hope so - Stalker 2 runs well for me, but I am always eager for more improvements
