not really, you can actually get into the Prypiat even before you pass main story. Let's say there are ways how to get there :D though you need to know what you are doing

Yep. Although I do have to agree. Tends to break the game balance wise. I wouldn't recommend it until you've had your fill exploring the map, collecting various upgrades.

The way to get in is probably not intended...but there isn't any glitch involved, just jumping in the right spot will get you through. I wouldn't be surprised if they block it off at some point.

I personally explored the entire map, maxed out my favorite guns and armor, collected unique weapons, blueprints, legend-grade artifacts and now just moved into prypiat. My main quest is still at the garbage area, barely did anything. I avoided it because people were reporting how unstable the game gets the more you progress. I'll leave it for later after a few patches go through.

How many updates has there been its not like this is the first release to the mod and everything works 100% and when did the mod come out and how long it takes them to get to this point

You can get the diamond exo quite early, however good luck keeping up with the repair costs in early game.

Yeah as I commented earlier you can get it right after leaving the lesser zone. Very early game. But the upgrade costs and the repair costs are expensive. Plus you need the upgrade to sprint or it's pretty useless. SEVA I is also easy to get early and it top level for early game.

Even if you couldn't get into pripyat early, I dont think the ssp-100 from the journo stash is the best armor outside of pripyat, There's a suit up at malachite psz-something something falcon that i personally think is better.

It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ glitch. Nobody right in mind would even think about getting into Pripyat without an exploit after leaving LZ. I don't care who does it. Not my monkeys not my jam.
