Are there multi-type scopes like EFT?

Are there mutli-use type scopes, don't know what the right wording is but:
Variable/toggle zoom scopes
Canted or non-canted iron sights you can switch to
Scopes with integrated red-dot

Really weird that they didnt use that feature. The G36 has two sights, but you can only use one.

the best you get is ability to swap scope and iron sights with the attachment menu (T) but so far i havent found any scopes that let you vary the zoom
