Weather bug? it's always raining!

I haven't seen the sun in so many hours! real hours. does anyone else experience it?
I removed all the mods, I slept many times, I waited very long for the weather to change but it's always rainy lmao

To be honest I experienced the contrary in my first playthrough, it stopped raining after I reached Rostok, FOREVER.

It only got windy but it never rained with thunderstorms anymore, I'm on my second playthrough and it's still raining, idk...

I think maybe the weather RNG favored rain for you, ive seen a pretty good mix of clear, cloudy, rainy, stormy, getting hit by lightning, lightning striking directly in front of me so I crap my pants, etc.

oh yeah before it worked like that and it was good. now it's always raining, at any time! I tested everything I could it's always rain.
I had a mod that extends day time. but I removed it to test. nothing it's still always raining.
I tried a mod for sunny only weather, it didn't work. something's messed up I think lol.
I didn't care before but since I'm now in Pripyat I want the sun man.

I had the same frustrating thing, a few minutes of sun maybe, then it would always start raining or a full-on storm. I barely ever got to just explore areas in sunlight.

Have Steam check the files for errors, there might be something off and it would be repaired.
