Google it and there is a photo of the map where the basement is shown to find the religious artefact, so you dont need any energy drink then.

I didn't want to waste all my few energy drinks so I'd run in, explore as much as I could and run back out, rinse and repeat until I got all the loot (except I missed a rare artifact I found out later) and found the basement.

As you get close to the poppy field there is an NPC that shouts you over, he offers you the exact location on your map should you do what he asks.

I did that mission without energy drinks. U run in, loot a body, run out to the edge where the air is clear.

OR u can do it the right way and drink energy drinks :D

You don't have to drink a single energy drink. Just run like hell and loot the bodies as quick as possible ("Take all" is your friend). You'll get teleported automaticly to all locations - so it is at the end pretty easy.

As for exploring the field without the fetch-quest - your eyes shouldn't shut more than 3 times - or you are dead.

Get to the border part of the field that is closest to the body. Get in grab stuff get out. Repeat with all the bodies. At lest one body is inside house.
