Load bug

every time i load a game the screen stays black for few seconds and than the "opening eyes/blinking" animation appears as if my character just woke up. every single time. anyone else have this?

on my initial save from 1.00 I eventually had that start happening after 30-40 hours.

Have dumped about 15-20 hours into a new game since patch 1.02 and I haven't seen it

are you playing on a new save or the same save as from launch day? (assuming you started on nov20?)

it's save i am playing since launch. some 100h into it

I'm getting the same bug starting today too. No issues last night and today my load is doing the exact same thing. i had to go back a little to a save that was unaffected.

i think i found the cause for myself.

i have the same. it's after drinking with Dvupalov. Now everytime i load, i have a black screen for 1 second then eye open with blurry effect like you are drunk. 100% appeared after Dvupalov vodka...

just happpend to me with the latest patch. 60 hours into the game

yeah thats what caused it for me too, thankfully its only once when we load in so its not too bad just a little annoying

yea, it started right after. that vodka was really magic...
it's not game breaking, but i still hope they will patch it out soon since it's a tad annoying XD

i have that happening to me as well and it is indeed game breaking because every time i hop into a wormhole anomaly the screen stays grey and the game locks up. i have now loaded an earlier save but that means, since i can't do the drinking quest, my main story is soft locked.

has anybody been able to fix it?

Patch did nothing. You still get the blinking when you load a save after the drinking session and the wormhole anomalies still crash the game.

For me it also started after drinking with Dvupalov, but then it went away after completing the quest.

This bug is still reproducing. It helped me to go to bed and after sleeping it was fixed.

Hi! I also got this bug yesterday and fixed it today. It occurs when completing the quest from Dvupalov, when you go down to the dungeons/laboratories under Agroprom. As I understand it, it occurs because of the final battle there with the controller. I tried going down there again (I didn't reload, but went down to the laboratories a second time, they are still available after completing the quest), killed the controller who had respawned there and the bug finally disappeared.

I had the exact same bug. It started after drinking with Dvupalov, and ended on its own after completing the quest "In Search of Past Glory".
