There were two patches, and first one fixed first part of the quest, second one fixed second part of the quest. So hopefully next one will keep Hamster alive.

Its weird. He and his guard laid dead at the door.Warlock sounded like i killed them,but i paid them to just give up and come over...After final defence quest, Hamster popped alive in church with others. I dont know what is going on.
