Radiation Bug
So my stalker is taking constant radiation. I have no artifact on at all. I have removed all my armor and inventory to my stash and slept, had a doctor cure me, and used drugs to cure it, but he is still taking a slow but constant radiation damage. IS this a known bug or am I missing something? Is there some menu that shows me status effects?

I had to go back nearly 4 hours of game play, but I found a save where I'm not constantly taking damage. I feel like that first major quest in Garbage where you are saving Star's men has a potential bug in those rooms with the poison clouds.

Only current solution is to go back in saves until you find one that isnt bugged then start from there or restart.

Had the same issue but it stopped when i put the all of my artifacts in the box off the hideout Maybe try This.

I had this issue during one of my quests, ran through radiation clouds and ended up with PERMANENT radiation that I couldn't get rid of. I had to load a save that was 2 hours back D:

Thx! Unequipped my only artifact on carry and it worked for me. Weird that I had only one artifact equipped with weak radiation and it didn't cause any issues until I did the annoying swamp-mission.

There is a bug I got where my only option was to load an older save and start again unfortunately. I heard if you know where you were when you got the bug that you could try to run into the radiation again, but I didn't notice

Can only really answer your questions if you provide more information. For all I know, you've got a ton of mods poorly installed on a Laptop with only 16BG of ram.. Who knows...

Well, For one thing, ram has nothing to do with how radiation works in a video game. Secondly, this is pretty old now, you sort of necro'd this to be rude? If you read the other comments you'll see that I removed all equipment, all artifacts, and was completely naked in a safe area and was still taking radiation. I had the town doc fix me up once and it still started ticking. It was a known bug at the time. The only way I fixed it was to load a save several hours earlier. I have no mods installed.
