Can i sell flash drives?
I picked up Nestor's flash drive which just had a voice recording on it, not sure if a blueprint came with it but is it safe to just sell it now? Especially as it's insanely hard to make money in this game.

Yes. After you listen to the recording, you can sell all flashdrives.

Any quest items that are no longer relevant to quests, unless bugged, will become sell-able. Those items also lose that mark indicating it is quest item.
