Why is the map so different? / Brain Scorcher question
I just found the Brain Scorcher - why is it somewhere far away from the NPP and the Red Forest? Shouldnt the Brain Scorcher be somewhere in that area to brain fry people, like actually doing its job??

I know its not active but the location still seems very off.
