Should I sell the artifacts?

there is one kind of every artifacts? or i should sell them for koupons.

They respawn. You get the best money for them if you stash them and use them to complete the arfifact retrieval quests from barkeepers when you get them. But if you need money now you can also sell them.

Sell the ones that don't help towards whatever build you are going for(I currently only keep ones that aid in stamina regen and radiation negation).

Only the artifacts that are described as "warped artifacts" in their flavourtext are unique. Everything else is random and can be farmed. So, keep one of each if you like to collect or have them ready in case you need them.

Or sell them, they are easily the best and intended way you make money.

First nearly all "common" artifacts are worth selling if you don't have them equipped.
Almost all Legendary artifacts are worth saving and uncommon artifacts are hit or miss...

I try to save most uncommons if I can, but sometimes I just need the money...

Artifacts are for the MOST part, completely random...
Each anomaly has a chance to spawn a common/uncommon/legendary artifact and every time an emission happens, they reset.

Weird Ball respawns not sure if its a bug but I have 2 of them.

Anything that has a "weak" effect is barely noticeable. Early game you need the money more than the minor buff.

I'm stashing them all. Later on I will do a bunch of fetch artifact quests for Bartenders. And use my stashed ones to hand in for the bonus coupons.
