Depends on your aim.
Flatness allows you to correct less of a drop of the bullet.
Loved the Cluster****, and ran it all the way until I had both Kharod and Dinpro's fully upgraded.
Last playthrough was started before 1.2 but finished today, in case that effected how the Cluster works.
There is a very good chance I am misremembering.
Holding breath definitely works with Clusterfark. It's been my primary weapon for a while.
I just don't really ever use that. It's a mid-range carbine. I don't really snipe ever in this game. My target is almost always <50m away.
I still used that weapon for the majority of the game though and was extremely happy with it.
