New patch - low GPU/CPU utilisation

Anyone getting worse GPU and CPU utilisation after the new patch?

I noticed that both have started behaving weirdly after the new patch. In areas that are supposed to use more of both (Rostok for example) the utilisation drops on CPU to approx. 60% and GPU drops to 50%-60% and only using around 70W out of the 160W capacity. This of course leads to massive drop in FPS.

DLSS doesn't seem to have effect on the utilisation. The difference between Quality and Ultra performance is minimal.

Yes. Where previously I'd get, say 80fps at 100% utilization, I'm getting like 70fps at 80% utilization. It'll fluctuate but it's super inconsistent and doesn't seem to make sense.

The GPU isn't pegged at all anymore. Usually hovering around 80% with fps uncapped. CPU seems like it's in normal operation. It's very frustrating.

Did you find a fix? This happens to me when I go into a camp or populated area suggesting a CPU issue but that cant be it lol my cpu is never all that taxxed, plus it never happened pre update

its voltage drops on GPU, you can see that in Nvidea, system, performance tab.
all stats be same, expented power consumption, game just take around 100, and FPS become 10.
if this stats 180+ all good, some time Save, and load in game can fix this problem

I just noticed this today, makes the game a slideshow in areas like rostok and yanov station. Consistent 60 fps elsewhere. My GPU/CPU utilization hovers around 60%.

I've noticed that too. The first time I ran the game (patch 1.01), I had about 85% usage on average. Now it hovers between 50-65%.
