Cyberpunk 2077 definitely has loading screens, but few and far between compared to Bethsoft games. RDR2 not sure.
Every spec you look at, is highly detailed.
Shouldn't even be an issue. There are more popular games around the same size or even bigger, yet no one complains about them.
For comparison Space Marine 2's 4K texture pack DLC is 90GB on its own, installed on top of 60-70GB base game.
