detectors bear vs hilka which is better?

title, the descriptions of each dont really give me the info i want. In CoP the echo and bear detector could only find certain artifacts while the veles could detect all of them.

Is that still the case and is the hilka and the bear on the same tier of artifacts or is the hilka the same as echo but with just more range?

seems like combine the 2 is the way to go .
since Hilka have very long range . u can detect the artifact and when ur close switch to bear to know the direction.

i was struggling with hilka so many time i when back and forth under 10m just to find the correct direction.
bear solve it instantly.
