Where is the Garbage Technician?

and no, he is there since start. He vanishes only during short time when ward takes over. He is in the building but a bit out of way after one long hallway (I would say follow the cables, but they lead everywhere).

My next question is.. should I fully upgrade the VS Vintar and replace The scoped AK74S, or do you think I should save my hard earned quid til I find the Veteran or whatever?

dont upgrade normal weapons . there unique weapon (named) on everytype which is better version of it and some of them come with few upgrades or attachment .

it worth to store them for future use or to spice up ur loadout every run.

dont upgrade normal weapons . there unique weapon (named) on everytype which is better version of it and some of them come with few upgrades or attachment .

it worth to store them for future use or to spice up ur loadout every run.

Thanks! Do you have advice on which gun I should try and obtain early? Which of these weapons would be worth trekking off the path of the story to go and grab?
