Can't load old saves, only 'New game' option

Basically the title. After the patch can't continue playing last run.
Saves are there, on my PC, but for some reason the game can't see 'em.

maybe try dragging the saves from your documents to steam saves?
i remember i did the same thing with another game, might work for stalker too

The exact reason why I decided to push release version for 4 hours before quitting for a patch to beat the game, in case it f*cked 70+ hours of gameplay lol.

It's already in AppData\Local\Stalker2
Where else can I put it?

if you have game on steam and game says "Corrupted data" or save file not shown at all

i'm sorry, i ended up checking it out myself and it seems steam doesn't store any of the game data within the userdata folder for stalker 2 (1643320) unlike many other games
i hope the guide someone else sent helps you with your problem tho, i know how much losing a save file sucks, hope they fix it quickly before more people run into it

I tried to find a way to to restore my saves using cloud saves, lost 30 minutes looking how to do it, but didn't find working way, i think steam must make "cloud saves" easier to use
