Scar shoots me on sight?
Doing a quest called Dark Times that I just got from Scar at Malachite. He promptly pulled out a gauss gun and started shooting me in the face. I can't shoot him or throw grenades near him lol.

In the short time I managed to play before the game went nuclear on me and always crashes when loading my game, Monolith went friendly to me lmao.

I had this bug too.
Go away from there, wait until it says something like "Scientists aren't mad at you any more" as a sub-quest (blue).
Then fast travel somewhere, THEN walk or fast travel back to Malachite and Scar should un-hostile.
Awful bug lol.
