DLC (ultimate edition) can't get in game items

Does anyone know what's going on with the in game items you're supposed to get from the dlcs? I've gone to some of the locations and there's nothing there where then loot stashes are supposed to be

Journalist stash items are tied to a quest. Once you obtain USB, you get 12 locations on your map with those stashes. Until then, there is no visible stash.
Assuming you pre-ordered?

i did not, bought the ultimate edition.
So you're saying you have to progress to get those dlc items? do you know abouts how far? ive mostly jus been exploring and farming cash

So you're saying you have to progress to get those dlc items? do you know abouts how far? ive mostly jus been exploring and farming cash

You get quest with Journalist's stashes at the end of Zalissya questline. And you get a quest and markers with hideouts where to look for them, they're spread all around the map

My bad as i wasn't clear before. 13 locations for stashes for pre-order bonuses.
After the quest "Needle in a haystack", there should be a USB inside your personal stash. If it isn't there, then it isn't a bug. Since you haven't pre-ordered, you are not elegible for those bonuses.
