It's unoptimazed.
Very different thing.
Name a game that launched fully optimazed in the last 5 years.
Maybe BG3, though it doesn' t have to deal with photo realistic graphics.
Game isawesome if you can run it.
Unfortunately when you have to deal with millions of different PC configurations, it's dufficult to optimize it before launch.
Be patient.
Also it HELPS your point come ACROSS BETTER if you DON'T randomly DECIDE to capitalize words no matter HOW important they ARE TO your point.
Unless this is just a Donald Trump joke
Yea you really help alot of people....
Still bad excuse....
Good job proving you're part of the problem. Furthermore your restriction on games that launched in the last 5 years is rather telling, shows that you KNOW the problem is a new one but are engaging in bad faith anyways.
Prepare your anus ... they are about to attack you from all sides ...
un·fin·ished
/ˌənˈfiniSHt/
adjective
not finished or concluded; incomplete.
So when the devs themselves even say they're still working on things like A-life, a core fundamental feature of the game, that objectively means it is unfinished.
Your logic is strange. By asking this question, it implies that because many titles have done the same, somehow it makes it okay? This is my point. It's a trend in the gaming industry that NEEDS to go. I am tired of paying full price for an unfinished product and even more tired of people defending the practice.
Many years ago, all major titles launched in a finished state. What has happened?
So far I got more then 50 hours of enjoyment out of this game, and I'm running the game in 4K UHD with most settings on epic (only reduced hair stuff).
If you want a serious discussion I suggest stopping calling everybody not sharing your exteme oppinion "having no standards" or whatever insult you guys come up with these days. I'm playing games for over 2 decades now and had my fair share of game releases, including disastrous once. This is neither a new development nor is Stalker some special outstanding example here.
Big publishers like (Electronic Arts, Ubisoft) were crap back then and are still today. Those are the parts of the big bad industry gamers should concentrate on. But no, instead there is infighting all the while the real crap is raking in the money like no tomorrow.
"The original trilogy was broken at launch too, so that makes it okay that this one is too!"
Strange cope.
I feel the exact way I wanted this game to have a great launch why else would I be upset its not there right now?
Its clearly Early Access without a doubt in my mind but I dont want to name them all just look at their recent patch that explains a lot of it & thats not even touching the fact whole features missing & optimization problems.
