How to see version number in Stalker 2 on steam?
any way to verify what version you on?

You can find the Build ID at https://steamdb.info/app/1643320/patchnotes/
and then compare with Build ID of your Steam game by right clicking on the game, selecting properties, then clicking on the 'Updates' tab and you can see the steam Build ID there.

Perhaps this doesn't exactly help with Game Pass, but it was useful for me so I thought I'd share.
