Fix for game not starting on Steam

Open the game folder
- Right click on the game in your Steam library -> Properties
- Navigate to "Installed Files" and press the "Browse" button.

Now about the fix
- In the Game folder
- In the first folder, look for the file "Stalker2.exe"
- Right click -> Properties
- In the window that opens, go to the "compatibility" tab
- Uncheck "Run the program as administrator"

Now the game should open.
