Weird Water not spawning or extremely unlucky?

been walking through the wandering lights anomaly for quite a while and have yet to find the weird water. and yes by a while i mean multiple in game nights. Am i just getting really unlucky or is there a known issue with the artifact not spawning? I feel like it shouldnt be THAT difficult to find. How long did it take people here to find it on average? spending like almost 45 minutes to an hour over mulitple in game nights to find it seems kind of excessive. If it was able to be picked up by your detector that would be awesome but sadly no.

I've tested with a mod that makes it detectable by a detector - yes, it's simply isn't here.

some people have mentioned making a save before 22:00 hits around 21:58 then entering the area after the green lights show up and wandering in the area for around 30 seconds to find it then reloading save and trying again,
i tried and and decided to just look for it, took me around 10+ minutes of wandering around to find it

Well for me it was hours with still no luck

This worked for me perfectly, I arrived at the location before the lights show up and got it in the 2nd location, you should check a video, there's only 3 know locations, I tried to get it before this comment and I was being unlucky, but I think arriving there before the lights show up is the key

It's not spawning , figured out all 3 spawning areas, gone there before the lights show up and at 22:00 as well, put the brightness and gamma up all the way, the item is just not there no matter what.
