i have been crashing badly since patch - it was quite playable before, not i get under 1 minute in game. I keep reminding myself it could be worse- like the day before hehe

I had crashes from the beginning. Resolved it by cancellation of fsr, decreasing fps to 30, and opening the game as administrator.
I played with mods.
After the patch I have the crash issues again, and for now nothing helped.
For some reason my pc just shut down in the middle of the game.

Yaaay, more people with the same problem. I thought I was going crazy. Around 10 crashes in the last hour. Game is basically unplayable now.

YES SAME. I HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS UNTIL THE RECENT PATCH. Now my game freezes and becomes unresponsive, causing me to have to cancel the program in task manager.

Doesn't do anything. Still crashed. I give up.. walked 200meters, NPC friends started shooting at something.. BOOM game crash.. I'll wait for the next patch. Damn.

What GPU do you have?

Try to re-verify the game install as a first step but maybe you need to look up how to clear your shader cache for your card? I had to do this a few years back for a game. Not sure if this is your issue but worth a read at least.

Thanks!!! That fixed it for me. Before doing that my game crashed while loading my last safe. After doing those steps I managed to load my safe again and no crash. Still need a performance mod for smooth gameplay but it works. i5-11400H, RTX 3060 laptop, 20GB RAM

same for me before patch very rarly crashing, after patch under 3min gameplay crash it repeted itself 4 times already and no mods as well.... bruh... and i even tryed diffrent saved games
