does anyone know how long i have to wait to get the psi vest from jeremejew (tec at icarus)

or must i do smth to trigger his call?

Same - I went on a whole sightseeing tour to the olden places (check out the trading place in the old Garbage - there's a fun encounter there ;)) - and he still hasn't called back.

You need to make further story progress until you get the mission "ad astra per aspera" in the swamps. One of the optional objectives is to obtain psi armour, when you get around 300m from the Icarus base, the technician will call you to say it's ready! I hope you have some coupons ready! :)

I just completed this mission and the patch dropped with some tasty sounding notes, anyway hope this helps!
