Where is the gamepass update?

Granted you said XBOX would be getting the update later on. PC gamepass players are not xbox players and there's no reason we were not given the patch at the same time as steam. Why would you even release an update on friday? It's widely known in the gaming industry to no release things before the weekend.

I always love excuses like 'MS need to thoroughly check' - if so then why did they approve FS2024 in the state it was ??

It's been the case for ages that Windows store gets updates well after other places but that doesnt make it right - we pay for Game Pass and theres no refund option.

A feature of GP is Play on Day One - nah - that wasnt even possible with FS2024 and if this patch fixes balance I kind of wish I'd waited a week to play it - its difficult enough without the repair cost after every mission / side mission being more thn the mission reward - I'd like to enjoy playing a game not just "experience" it

Anyway - where is the Windows Store PC patch?

Other game developers have made comments in the past about Microsoft's glacial pace when it comes to patch certification and approval.

Not to doomspeak, but you might be waiting anywhere from days to weeks for it.

By "you" I mean "we". I've got Stalker 2 on Gamepass as well.

Although Xbox isnt literally PC and this doesnt seem to be Play Anywhere having a distinct Windows version in the Store - its not unreasonable to have assumed mention of Xbox implied it included the PC version as they both are delivered by the same Microsoft Store and subject to the same delays - a console version and a Steam PC version both available together but not GP PC version is a little odd
